Sulley, as I explained to you, this is not a Windows problem. In order to use those features, you need to have the hardware parts that can support the feature. Your computer model simply doesn't have the infrared camera that's needed for facial recognition, and it doesn't have a finger print reader hardware part that can enable fingerprint login.

If these features are important, you need to add such hardware parts first. You need HP support in this case to see if the hardware on your model can be customized.

It is like if you want your bike to have a bell to make noise, you need to install the actual physical bell first.,

Hello,

This means the camera doesn't have infrared capability, which is required for facial recognition. Your camera must be a regular high definition only, hence it will not work.

As for fingerprint, it requires that your computer has a fingeprint reader, typically it is its own button on the computer.

If your hardware won't support it, there's nothing to fix on the software side.

You can always check your model's specs to see if you should be having those options as hardware. Happy to check for you, but need to know the info:

Please type msinfo32.exe in the search on the taskbar and hit enter, then share a screenshot of the pop up please.

    Thank you for the info.

I reviewed it on HP's website for the specs. https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/details/hp...

The camera is just a full HD camera, no IR capability. And it doesn't mention anything about fingerprint reader. So your hardware is not supporting these features.

Note: This is not Microsoft website/URL, but it is the official OEM/manufacturer site.
