Hi ,
I am Ivan, I will help you with this.
Do you have any third-party antivirus?
Does the webcam appear in the Zoom Workplace settings?

Hello. I set up a new Lenovo laptop and just started doing Zoom Workplace calls. I can see the host, but when I try to turn on my camera, it doesn't work. In Bluetooth & Devices, when I choose my webcam, I can see myself, so I know that the camera is working. I confirmed that I have the latest camera drivers.
In Settings>Privacy and Security, Camera Access and Let Apps Access Your Camera are set to On. However, whereas Zoom Workplace is listed for Let Desktop Apps Access Your Microphone, that is not the case for Let Desktop Apps Access Your Camera.
I would greatly appreciate any suggestions for getting Zoom Workplace to recognize my camera. I didn't grab a screenshot during today's meeting, but the error message referred to a possible problem with my privacy settings.

Thank you for the fast response, Ivan.
I don't yet have a third-party antivirus installed. Zoom Conference is shown as an allowed app in "Allow apps to communicate through Windows Defender Firewall."
When I joined a Zoom call hosted by someone else and tried to turn on my camera, my webcam was listed, but Zoom couldn't find it. I could see a Zoom app in my Downloads>Application folder, but I had not myself downloaded the Zoom Workplace app. Now I've done that and can see the Zoom icon on my desktop. When I click New Meeting, my webcam is listed, and when I started a "meeting" and clicked the video icon, my camera turned on.
I can't be sure, but I am hopeful that the camera will work now in meetings. Thank you for asking the right question (about the settings) and being there during a frustrating day of tech issues.
