If the driver is still not being detected, try performing a hard shutdown on the device:
- Turn off your computer completely.
- Unplug all external peripherals, including USB keyboard, mouse, pen drives, and the AC adapter.
- Press and hold the power button on your device for 15–30 seconds.
- Wait a few minutes, then turn your computer back on.
Once restarted, open Device Manager and check if the drivers are installed correctly.
Additionally, visit your PC manufacturer's website to check if a newer version of the BIOS is available. If so, download and install the latest BIOS update.
You should also boot into the BIOS/UEFI setup screen and ensure that WLAN is enabled, if that option is available.
