Okay, use the free version of AOMEI Partition Assistant, that will be able to format that drive to FAT32 by right clicking that drive in that utility.
HDD won't show up in my file explorer anymore

I tried turning my GPT HDD into an MBR. The reason for this was to make my HDD compatible to my PS3 because I read somewhere on reddit that that would make it work. But eventually it didn't. So I opened and ran a cmd propt as administrator, and I typed in the following commands: "diskpart/list disk/select disk 1/clean/convert mbr". before this my HDD seemed to work fine and showed up in my file explorer, but after i did this it doesn't show up anymore. I tried converting it back to GPT which it was before I changed anything, but that didn't work. I'm not sure what I did wrong with it and how to fix it.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.
After running that command to wipe the drive, most likely you just need to create a new partition on that drive.
Right click your Start Button and open Disk Management
In the bottom pane, if that drive is marked as 'Unallocated Space', right click that space and select 'New - Simple Volume' and accept the defaults, then check if that drive appears in File Explorer.
If that was not the problem, please provide a screenshot of the Disk Management window showing that drive in the bottom pane.

Right click the RAW partition and select 'Delete Volume'.
The drive should then be marked as 'Unallocated Space', right click that space and select 'New - Simple Volume' and accept the defaults, then check if that drive appears in File Explorer.
