Hello

After the Windows 11 24H2 (kb5055627) update, BSODs (blue screens) rarely started to appear .

But with the Win 11 24H2 (KB5056579) update, they have increased by 340%
pop up at the slightest load on the PC.
Updated 05.05.2025 and last 4 days:

It's just suffering, it's impossible to play or watch YouTube.

At the slightest load, it freezes and I can not use either the mouse or the keyboard, after 1-2 minutes BSOD pops up

I tried to reinstall it 6 times - result: BSODs have become more frequent
I tried to roll back the version - the result: the same BSOD

( Changing the memory limit registry to SSD m2 helped temporarily, but the problem came back again)
(All drivers are updated and working correctly.
There were no new devices connected.
Did a hard reset of the Window (did not help)
I tried fixes through console, PowerShell. )

Hello, still showing the same problem, this time clearly showing a problem with the Nvidia driver.

It looks like your computer is a laptop, please try temporarily disabling your Nvidia graphics card and use your integrated graphics card to see if it crashes.

Thanks for your update.

The information you provided indicates that the DirectX is causing the crash.

This could be caused by a faulty graphics card or a corrupted driver, I would recommend uninstalling the graphics driver and then performing a system repair. Open PowerShell as administrator and enter the following command:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow

Then download the latest version of the driver from the device manufacturer's website and reinstall it.

You can find and uninstall your graphics card driver on the “Programs” page of the Control Panel, which usually has the words “AMD”, “Intel”, “NVIDIA”, if you can't find them, please go to the installation step.

If you are not sure where you need to download the new video card driver, you can tell me your hardware specifications and I will help you find it.

Hello, I'm here to help.

I may need you to provide the dump file to help you analyze the failure. Please see if there is a. DMP file in your system directory "C:\Windows\Minidump". If there is, please upload it to a cloud drive such as OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive and share the link here, I will help you analyze it.

If you can't upload them due to permission issues, please copy them to your desktop and upload them again.

Disclaimer: The dump file may contain some information about you, such as system environment, software used, etc. This is a public community and can be viewed by anyone, so please remove the share as soon as possible after I answer. Please do not provide the file named "MEMORY.DMP", which contains almost all information about your system.

Please feel free to reply. This is not a live chat channel and I may be in a different time zone than you(UTC +8). As a result, replies may be delayed and I may respond minutes to hours later.
