Every time if I want to open them, they won't open for no reason, and I tried and I don't know what to do.

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.

I understand that you are having trouble opening the File Explorer folders.

1. May I please know what is the exact error code or message you receive when you access those folders?

If possible, could you please provide us with a screenshot of the error for our reference?

2. Did you make any recent software changes to your computer?

You can try restarting File Explorer and run the System File Checker utility scan first and see if it resolves the issue.

Option 1.

Open the task manager.

Locate the Windows Explorer process.

Right-click and select Restart.

Option 2.

Open the command prompt as Administrator.

Execute the commands one by one below and click Enter for each command.

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

sfc /scannow

Restart your computer and access the folders on your file explorer.

Let me know if you still need more help.
