My screenshots are no longer saving in Pictures\Screenshots

I have tried reinstalling windows, disabling them saving to onedrive, adding a regedit that would tell them to save to that folder, but nothing works.

Before when i used Win+Shift+S i would get a notification which i can click on to edit the screenshot, draw over it, etc. And most importantly choose where to save it. But now i dont get anything, i take a screenshot and i have to paste it into the folder and each one has a long random string of numbers and letters, when before it used to be "Screenshot_(date and time)" and its seriously very tedious and annoying that i cant find a fix anywhere and i have to paste them everytime and they dont have the date and time they were taken at. Please if anyone can help me thank you so much.

There's no major issue here in the registry. You can delete the record in blue.

Next,

Go to Settings > Apps > Installed Apps, find the Snipping Tool, then uninstall it.

Restart the computer, then go to Store app, look for Snipping Tool or use this link https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9mz95kl8mr0l?...

Install it. Then launch Snipping Tool, click on the three dots on the upper right to go to Settings. Make sure automatically save original screenshots is turned on.

Then go to Windows Settings > System > notification. Scroll down a bit, make sure Snipping Tool is turned on.
