Upgrade stuck on PostgreSQL

Dear,

We experienced issue 1 day ago with accessing our PostgreSQL Flexible Server through Private Endpoint, our other databases that work through the same networking were working without any issues. There were no blockings from NSG side or anything similar.

In order to get through this we have enabled Public Access on our PostgreSQL Flexible Server and managed to login.

As our second Database which is working on latest version of PostgreSQL we decided to upgrade this Database instance as well.

Upgrade is now running for more then 1 day. Could you please assist further on whether we can cancel the upgrade from deployment window and what is causing the issue to connect through Private Endpoint, since our other Private Endpoints on other Database and other services are working. This one used to work without any issues, we started experiencing those issues since yesterday on it before upgrade was started.

Hello Goran Kuga

Following up on the discussion, the Azure Database for PostgreSQL Flexible Server in the Azure portal was unavailable and you were unable to access the server yesterday.

As mentioned, we attempted to mitigate the issue by getting back the server online. The cause of this issue is because of the VM agent was unhealthy.
