Hello,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A.
The issue "connected, connected audio and connected audio, music" occurs if there are compatibility problems between your Realtek (Motherboard audio driver) and the audio path of the Bluetooth device assigned by Windows.
You can try updating or rolling back your Realtek (R) drivers in Device Manager to see if it helps.
- Open Device Manager.
- Expand the arrow next to Sound, video, and game controllers.
- Right-click your Realtek (R) audio driver and select update.
If Windows cannot find any updated drivers, right-click the driver, select Properties, and click Rollback (if this option is available). If not, visit your PC manufacturer's website to look for an older driver for your motherboard’s Realtek audio.
Additionally, you can try updating or reinstalling your Bluetooth drivers to resolve the issue.
- Open Device Manager.
- Expand the arrow next to Bluetooth.
- Right-click your Bluetooth driver, select update driver, then choose Search automatically for updated drivers and click Update.
If Windows cannot find a driver, uninstall your Bluetooth driver by right-clicking it, selecting Uninstall device, checking the box to attempt removal of the driver for this device, and then clicking Uninstall.
Once uninstalled, restart your PC.
Re-pair your Bluetooth headset and check if it connects. It should display "Connected audio, music" each time you pair.
After connecting, verify the default playback device by clicking the volume icon on the taskbar and selecting your Bluetooth device.
Let me know how it goes.
