I just purchased a brand-new HP laptop with Windows 11. I have downloaded my version of Photoshop (2022) and installed it, but when I try to open it, it says that the files MSVCP120.DLL AND MSVCR120.DLL are missing. Online instructions said, "...you need to download and install the correct version of the Visual C++ Redistributable Package." With a brand new computer, should I be doing that? I need to get my Photoshop operational. Thank you.
