Recently my computer underwent a factory reset, after doing this whenever i do Win, Shift, S, (the way i normally take screenshots) it saves it to my clipboard but doesnt save it to my screenshots folder, does anyone know why this might be?

Hi,

The Win + Shift + S, is a shortcut for the Snipping tool, which it only copies to a clipboard and not automatically saves it. Another option if you prefer the pictures to be saved is Win + PrtScn. It should save it on your pictures folder under screenshots.
