Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.
You can follow these steps to transfer all your OneDrive data from Account A to Account B.
Let's keep your old Microsoft account as A (Which has your files- PDF's, documents, pictures,) and the other personal Microsoft account as B.
The first step is to make sure you're signed in with Microsoft account B on OneDrive on your desktop PC.
- Right-click the OneDrive icon on your desktop.
- Select Settings > Accounts.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account B.
- You will see your files from Account B in the OneDrive folder on File Explorer.
Then, here's how you can transfer your files from Account A to Account B.
- Go to https://onedrive.live.com/ and sign in with your Microsoft account A.
- Select each folder one by one and click Download. (You can set the download location to your OneDrive folder in File Explorer).
- Each folder will be downloaded as a ZIP file. If you double-click the ZIP file, you will see the original folder, simply drag the folder to the root of your OneDrive.
- You can then delete the ZIP file you downloaded.
All you need to do is sign in with your Account A on OneDrive online, download each folder individually to your PC, and then move the extracted folder from the ZIP file to your OneDrive account B.
Hope this helps.
