My email storage appears to be full, I have just purchased a new subscription to increase my storage to 100GB. But my outlook is still telling me my storage is full even though my use is showing as having used 54GB. I now cannot send or recieve email. I do not understand why I am not getting the extra storage.

How long ago did purchase it?

Unfortunately, it takes a little while before the new storage is actually allocated and the account lock removed.

Normally the new storage shows up within 2 hours and any locks (if you were over quota at the time of purchase) are removed within 24 hours. In extreme cases, this can take up to 48 hours.

You can use the "Get Help" button on the following page if things still don't work then.

Ah thank you! I had purchased it recently, so it took about 8 hours but thankfully it seems to have resolved/synced now as the message has disappeared and I can now send and recieve emails again.
