Unable to access my email account

Been trying to log in to my email account the whole day and it keeps giving me the same error message. I've tried it on the browser, my desktop, and the email app on my phone, None of it are working.

Does it mean anything and how can I solve this?

Outlook is currently down, and several users are experiencing the same issue. Microsoft is aware of this and is working on a fix.
