Outlook 2024 Titles in Message List Change from Blue to Black

Can anyone provide a simple answer to my query? Sorry if it's been answered elsewhere. It's simple. Having upgraded to Outlook 2024 my message list is now BLUE! I don't like blue. I want it to be BLACK. Does anyone understand me? I want titles in the message list to be BLACK. Please tell me you understand and there is a fix.

Thanks, Wes.

That's controlled by Conditional Formatting;

  • Simplified Ribbon
    View-> Current View-> View Settings...
  • Classic Ribbon
    View-> View Settings

Click on Conditional Formatting... and then adjust the color for the "Unread messages" entry.

    You're a champion Robert. It annoys me the amount of time wasted looking for a fix when the default colour should be black, not blue. That's just silly.

    Wes.
