I keep getting spam emails that block

I keep getting the same emails from icloud saying my storage is low, I don't use apple storage

I've tried blocking them and reported them as junk mail but they keep sending me emails

Then you should be able to create a rule based on Subject or From/Sender or another property that will move these to Junk or delete them.

You cannot block these at the server so they don't reach your account at all.

Is outlook putting these in your Junk folder?
