Not receiving most emails all of a sudden

I have not been receiving emails. Senders are not blocked, they get a message saying that the server is rejecting their emails. These are contacts on my safe senders list who I have previously received emails from. Storage is fine. Reset my account, checked server, have done everything on the suggested list. Some emails are getting through eg. retailers but not most eg. Facebook code verification, personal emails.

If email is rejected due to SPF fail, it means the Microsoft checked the senderr domain's SPF (Sender Policy Framework) DNS record, and saw that the server sender used to send the email from was not authorized to send mail on behalf of their domain.

This is not what you can fix. They need to fix on their end to make sure they have the correct SPF DNS record.

I have the rejection email, "Access denied, sending domain TELUSPLANET.NET (not just Telus, I have other senders with other providers who couldn't send) doesn't meet the required authentication level. The sender's domain in the 5322.From address doesn't meet the authentication requirements defined for the sender, To learn how to fix this issue see: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=2319303 " So if I understand the explanation it is up to the sender to go through these steps? This particular person sends a lot of large emails but why have many emails from other senders been rejected at the same time?

    Hello

Is it possible you can get a rejection email some senders received, and share that? That email includes a lot of diagnostic information that would help provide some clue what happened. Thanks!
