Read images from a word document, re-size them and replace them

Can someone please help us read images from a word document, re-size the images and then replace them with the original images in the word document?

    go to insert click on picture there you find height and width .there you change the size by height and go to
    picture style there you select many styles for your pic.

    if you want to change pic first go to insert then pic then upload the device select file enter find new file

    There is no need to do that. The images can be resized in-situ. You can do this manually, via the Picture Tools contextual Ribbon tab, or via a macro.
