Can I transfer training through Learn from one account to another?

Question

Last year, I worked in a school district and completed quite a bit of training through Microsoft Learn. I transferred to a new district this year. Due to this, my old Learn account was disabled and I lost all of my training progress.

Is there a way to transfer my work from the old account to the new one? I am not able to connect the two since the first district account has been disabled.
