September Windows Updates Breaks WSUS Check In

Greetings!

Installed September Windows Updates on our test system and are finding when computer install updates and restart they stop checking in with WSUS.

I have removed clients from WSUS and they show up but have no reports information on them when they come back into WSUS.

I have also tried this option: https://pleasework.robbievance.net/howto-force-really-wsus-clients-to-check-in-on-demand/

Is anyone else seeing this issue?

Clients: Windows 10 & 11 Professional x64
Servers: Windows Server 2019
