Following are the requirements to enable Hyper-V in Windows 10
- Windows 10 Enterprise, Pro, or Education
- 64-bit Processor with Second Level Address Translation (SLAT).
- CPU support for VM Monitor Mode Extension (VT-c on Intel CPUs).
- Minimum of 4 GB memory.

Based on your post, once you upgraded from Home Edition to Pro, you must be able to enable Hyper-V. I checked your processer and found it supports virtualization.
Also you can upgrade a Windows Home edition to Pro. Refer the below support article.
