Cannot use Object linking and embedding Office 365

Hello - I am getting the error "Cannot use Object linking and embedding" when opeing Excel from MS Office 365. This machine did have MS Excel 2017 whcih was removed bdfore installing MS Office 365.

    Did this problem appear in all Excel Workbooks?
    I suggest you try to use the uninstall tool to help you uninstall all Office completely from PC, you can refer to this support article and try the option 2 method to download the tool:

    After uninstalling Office completely from PC, try to re-install and check the result.
