We plan to configure OOS for our SharePoint 2019 farm, I searched online ,but cannot find the OOS installation file, where I can download it?

    Office Online Server can be downloaded from the Volume Licensing Service Center (VLSC).
    By the way, the version of OOS you should choose: Supported operating systems for Office Online Server
