Windows defender definition update without starting windows update service

In our environment windows update service in disable mode and when update release. update manually since we dont need automatic reboot.

But we need to keep windows definition up to date. Any suggestion for that.

    Enterprise administrators can also push updates to devices in their network.

    Can't we automate? Because defender definition release more fequently and it should be a method to automate.
