Cannot delete firewall manager, updating

I'm trying to delete a firewall policy that isn't attached to anything, but it just fails each and every time with the message:

Failed to delete Firewall Policy 'euw-tst-lab-hub-01-azfp-01'. Error: Firewall Policy euw-tst-lab-hub-01-azfp-01 can not be deleted because it is in Updating state from previous operation ID : 688bbca0-0536-4735-89fc-af3bd34833c1.

It has been stuck in the updating state for more than one day so far.

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused. At this point, we think there may be orphaned link and we may need help from our internal team to delete it. I would suggest you drop a mail at AzCommunity@microsoft.com referencing the link to this post as well as engineer you are working with for immediate resolution.
