Sorry, first time using this forum. The Error that I get when trying to create a free account is this: You're not eligible for an Azure free account.

Do you know how to fix it or the reason for the error? Thank you

    Hi,

No worries, check this terms and conditions and if you have any of the limitations you will not be eligible to have a Azure Free Account, such as Credit Card from certain regions, using same account again, expired account registered before in Azure.

    Hi @jalvarezy ,

it's your first ""free account in Azure"?
If you already created a free account in Azure before, you can't create another free account with the same email address or credit card.
Also it could be the email address or credit card is in use with another "paid" Azure subscription?

You could contact a Microsoft sales person if the issue persists: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/contact/#contact-sales

    Hello @jalvarezy

To resolve this issue, double-check whether the following items are true:

    • The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
    • The credit card information is correct.
    • You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information

    Kind Regards,
    Divya.
