I am invited to connect with azure SSO but I am unable to:

"Connect to SSO today

Hi Adriana,

It looks like you haven’t connected your Headspace account to Azure Active Directory single sign-on yet.

Microsoft is transitioning to Azure SSO asd as part of this transition, all existing members will need to connect their account immediately. This will ensure the most secure log-in experience.

If you do not connect your account, you will lose your premium Headspace access and will need to fully re-enroll in Microsoft’s Headspace program.

To connect your account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Visit https://www.headspace.com/login on a web browser via your Microsoft work device.
  2. Log in to your account
  3. Select the profile icon in the top right corner
  4. Select “Manage” next to Link your social accounts.
  5. Select “Connect with SSO”.
  6. Enter your SSO email address and password.
    Mindfully,

I get this error when trying to connect:

Message: AADSTS50105: Your administrator has configured the application Headspace ('a642bcae-9fb1-4528-95ff-db1355875140') to block users unless they are specifically granted ('assigned') access to the application. The signed in user 'v-adurs@microsoft.com' is blocked because they are not a direct member of a group with access, nor had access directly assigned by an administrator. Please contact your administrator to assign access to this application.

I wrote also to the headspace support and got this message:

Hi Adriana,

Thank you for your message. We apologize for any trouble while trying to link your account to SSO.

****We kindly ask that you reach out to your administrator, generally your HR admin who is in charge of your company benefits. It seems they need to fix some internal settings within your SSO profile that we do not have access to.****

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Kind regards,
Gilberto

Please contact your administrator to assign access to this application.

From the error message that you received and our backend logs from your Correlation ID, you'll need to either contact or login with a user that has Cloud Application Administrator, Application Admin, or Global Admin permissions so they can add you to the Headspace Enterprise App. For more info - Assign the Azure AD test user.
