Unable to delete VNet due to AppServiceLink

Hi ,
I have deleted my app services before deleting the subnet ,nsg and the route table.
Now I am unable to delete the VNet because of this subnet.

I tried recreating the resource but not able to link the app service to the Vnet Subnet.

I followed this link but could not delete the subnet.
