Azure Iot hub

I created a Azure iot hub and added a device to the hub.
I would like to send a data to the device from hub through Azure VM Apache server.
Is there any option available please suggest.

Can you further explain what you mean by "send data to the device from hub through Azure VM Apache server"?
Do you have a web app running on Apache in an Azure VM and want to trigger a command being sent to the device?

A good starting point is the iot-hub-devguide-messaging to understand what possibilities exist for bidirectional communication.
Once you have chosen the right type of IoT Hub messaging, you can integrate it into your web app, either running on Azure App services or based on Apache in your Azure VM.
With more background the experts might provide more specific answers.

Thank you for your quick support.
I have a VM with MySQL and Apache in Azure .I added a device (RPI) on IOT hub.
I want to read write the IOT registry from VM and control the RPI to trigger the GPIO's.

To manage your IoT Hub and connected IoT devices, your backend application needs to interact with the IoT Hub Service API. Microsoft offers IoT Hub service SDKS iot-hub-devguide-sdks what I would recommend as they simplify things and are maintained and regularly updated by Microsoft. They allow you to interact with the Device Registry (create, delete, modify device entries), read the Device Twins or set desired properties, and send C2D messages to devices or call device methods.

To trigger GPIOs on your RaspberryPi, you would need to choose one of the C2D messaging options and implement the corresponding code in the cloud and on the device to react to a received trigger message. The How-To guides in the documentation contain information on how to achieve this in several programming languages, e.g. .Net C2D messages or quickstart-control-device with sample code available on github.

PS: If you have no other usage to run your Apache + MySQL on a VM, I highly recommend investigating Azure Web App service and a PaaS Database as it reduces time, effort and most often costs instead of managing your own webserver + DB environment in a VM.
