Teams Add-in Folder is missing and we cant schedule Teams meeting from Outlook

Hello

Please I need your help on this issue.

We have a user who Teams Add-in is missing on Outlook.

On checking when we tick the box for Microsoft Add-in and close outlook. Going back to check again it unchecked by itself and the Teams Add-in does not show up.

I also notice that this Teams Add-in folder is missing

How do i reinstall the Teams Add-in folder so that the user can schedule teams meeting from Outlook.

    Hello,

    Have you checked if this user has the same teams policy applied as other users that can use the feature?

    Hi @IBN

    Can the affected user create a Teams meeting in OWA?
    If not either, please check if he has a meeting policy assigned which disables Outlook add-in.
