Driver Signing for Windows 7 Operating System

We have the driver signed for windows 10 and above from the Hardware portal. We need to deploy the driver for the windows 7 operating system.
As Microsoft depreciates the windows 7 driver, we tried to sign in using HCK. We installed HCK studio and EV code signing on different machines.
Attached is a screenshot of the error message we got while uploading the signed package from the HCK studio to the hardware portal as a submission.

  1. Is this error related to a thumbprint mismatch?
  2. Is there a way to sign the package from the EV code signing machine, if not what are the alternative options for signing?
  3. Should the certificate used for HCK and EV code signing have the same thumbprint?
  4. Is it possible to add multiple certificates in the Microsoft hardware portal, By adding another certificate, will it replace the existing EV code signing certificate?
