"Sftp is not recognized as an internal or external command" from command prompt

Hi
Im trying to connect to a sftp site from a windows server 2016
when writing "Sftp" in a command prompt I get "Sftp is not recognized as an internal or external command".
Do I really have to install a 3rd part client to connect to a sftp on a windows 2016 server?

Try installing the OpenSSH client and using that.
