Paste a image in Word or outlook gives an fault / error (A problem has occured.)

Hello,
I have a challenge.
If I paste an image in Word or outlook it gives popup saying "Er is een probleem opgetreden" (is NL) which means A problem has occured.
After pressing OK, the image is paste as normal.

I have tried all on https://learn.microsoft.com/nl-nl/office/troubleshoot/word/issues-when-start-or-use-word
But no luck.
What can cause this, and how can I fix it?
