Hello, I recently lost my phone on which I had my authenticator app. How can I transfer it to a new phone?

    You can reinstall the app on your new phone and use the same account on the new device. If this is for a personal account and you backed up your data in the cloud, it should all repopulate for you.

    However, if you did not do a backup - you will have to re-establish all your MFA accounts one by one.

    Thank you for this answer. I don't have any backup. I am trying to login to my staff account and it keeps me in the loop of sending notifications to my old phone.
