My Face API request is still pending for month

Hi I have 403error from last month and sent the form to Microsoft. But it still not working till now. How long it will take to approve?

Thanks for reaching out to us here for this issue. The process should be around 5-7 bussiness days. But since we received too many forms, this process will be delayed for several days. I am sorry for all inconvenience.

If you can share the email adress you used for the form, I am willing to contact the product group to check.
