How would you use an RD Gateway/RDS server to point users to different servers

We currently have a RD Gateway with external access. It points users to a few different terminal servers (let's say they are TSA01 to TSA05 on subnet 192.168.1.0)

We have another office that we are bringing into our data centre and keeping on a different subnet and their terminal servers are TSB01 to TSB05 with a tunnel between the two.

Is there a way I can setup a gateway called RDGateway1.MyCompany.com and that would go through RDGateway to servers TS01-TS05

And if they use RDGateway2.MyCompany.com it will route them to the TS's on the other subnet?

I'm really just trying to avoid having another gateway and RDS server if at all possible. Thanks
