My word is not synn

Hi, hope you can help me with this:

I notice that when I tried to edit the doc in offline version, it is not syn with the online version after I press save. Before this there is no issue with it.

Below are the steps:

  1. Open Desktop App
    2.Open word
  2. Image

The "Save" button seems to be different. Hence, it seems like create a new offline doc instead

Hope someone can assist in this, thank you !

    In word-Advanced whether always create backup copy is ticked or not.

    Is synchronization enabled in the OneDrive app?

    Also, are you saving to the local OneDrive folder? It is required for the document to be synchronized.
