    Hello,

You get the c000021a (Fatal System Error) error when Windows detects security compromise in a user-mode subsystem, such as WinLogon or the CSRSS (Client Server Run-Time Subsystem). When such a system process is terminated, then your system switches to kernel mode. because it can’t operate without CSRSS or WinLogon.

Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve the issue:

    Boot into Safe Mode:

Restart your computer and repeatedly press the F8 key during startup.

Select “Safe Mode” from the boot options menu. Perform a clean boot to check.

If the issue still insists, restart and press the F8 again to disable again Driver Signature Verification and boot

    • Enter Device Manager and locate the faulty device
    • Right-click it and choose Uninstall device
    • Depending on the driver, you may be given the choice of deleting it, but wait for our OK
    • Return Driver Signature Verification and reboot
    • If this works but the related device doesn't work any more, you may need to download a driver from the manufacturer's website.
    • If you cannot boot into Safe Mode, try using System Restore from the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE).

In some cases, hardware issues can cause the error. Ensure that all hardware components are properly connected and functioning correctly.

    Hope it helps.

    Regards.
