Microsoft Dashboard Analytics: Use the Dashboard APIs to download crash dumps file

Question

whenever we upload the windows VCP driver to windows update on Microsoft Dashboard,
If error occurs, we have to go to the "Flight Performance" to review the report. We have much difficult to investigate the error and solve the issues

so, we're having a task that is use the Microsoft Dashboard APIs to download statistics on kernel crashes dumps attributed to VCP
For example, write something to use the API, to determine how many crashes there are, and if there are any,
download any/all crash dump .DMP files (for manual WinDbg analysis).

I've studies the document about hardware dashboard API at link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/drivers/dashboard/dashboard-api
there are only the document related to Product Submissions, get shipping label data...
But, I haven't found the document related to download statistics on kernel crashes dumps

So, I have a question. hope you can support me
Can we use Microsoft Dashboard Analytics to download statistics on kernel crashes dumps file from hardware dashboard API?
If can, how can I do that?
