Can copy/paste text from RDP, but not files

Hi,
I ran into an issue on one of our RDS servers: I cannot copy/paste files from or to the server (Server 2016), from my workstation (Windows 10). However, I can open a .txt file on the server, and I can copy/paste text from that file, into a text file which I open/create locally.
Already checked GPO settings on that RDS Collection: "Do not allow clipboard redirection" is not configured, so that shouldn't be in the way.
I also disabled the Windows firewall to make sure it's not a blocking factor either.

I can copy/paste files from or to my local machine, to other servers in our domain, so I'm guessing it must be something which happens locally on the RDS server.
Also, I'm using mRemoteNG to RDP into the servers, but that doesn't seem to matter. The same happens when I use mstsc.exe (with or without the /admin switch).
What can I check further?

    Thank you for your question and reaching out.

    1. In RDS Gateway Manager -> Properties of your RD CAP(s), Device Redirection tab, please make sure Enable device redirection for all client devices is selected.
    2. On the home client PC, Remote Desktop Connection (mstsc.exe), Local Resources tab, please make sure Clipboard is selected and under More button that Drives is selected.

    Same problem here - Server 2022, can copy/paste text between client and server, but copying files is blocked.

    All settings/GPO are set to allow it, and yet it wont work.

    Same here. Clipboard and drive redirection are enabled.

    If I open up port 3389 and RDP directly to any Win10 or W2K22 server I can copy/paste text and files.

    If I connect through my gateway I can copy/paste text and files to Win10 but even when using the same CAP to connect to W2K22 server I can only copy/paste text. No files.
