Mixed Reality Feature Tool is Suspended

I downloaded the newest version of MR feature tool "MixedRealityFeatureTool.exe", double clicked it and nothing happens at all.
No window pops out, and the app is not in the task manager. I have already installed NET.6.0 SDK and NET.5.0 SDK.
There is one thread with the same problem(), and that user solved it because it was blocked by security stuff, but i am having the problem with a personal pc and I don't know what can be causing the problem...

I got one evidence from the task Manager. It seems that every time the app starts, it will be suspended, then the app will close. How can I stop my computer suspending Mixed Reality Feature Tool... : (

    Did you download the Mixed Reality Feature Tool from Download Mixed Reality Feature Tool from Official Microsoft Download Center? And please make sure that this application is not blocked by security policy or third-party security software. You can try to run it in safe mode. If it still doesn't work, you can try to download MRTK and Mixed Reality OpenXR plugin manually.
