Azure Virtual Desktops: advice on host pool and session desktops

Hello, first-time poster, I'll try to make it simple.

We have one host pool, containing 2 session hosts (machine A and machine B), to share amongst 6 users.

I want users 1-2-3 to use machine A only, and users 4-5-6 to use machine B only.

I haven't managed to do this. If I remove access of users 4-5-6 to machine A, via the Virtual Machine Access Control (IAM), they cannot use the session desktop at all.

Am I better off creating a new host pool and move machine B there?

    Hi @Alexis Pejouan ,

it's not possible control/mange which user get's access to which VM in the same AVD host pool. The user permission is set for all VMs in the same host pool.

The only way I can see is the option you mentioned with a second AVD host pool for users 4,5,6.
