Skype for Business availability in Egypt

Is it possible to use Skype for Business Server (not just Skype or Skype for Business Online) in Egypt? I believe I am using Skype for Business Server because I must connect to my corporate VPN firsthand for it to function.
I will need to work during my trip there but I heard that Skype is banned in this country. If so, how likely is it that Skype being blocked will affect my ability to access my [already installed] Skype for Business account? Will network traffic coming from my company's Skype servers be vulnerable to being blocked?

    I checked the official document but unfortunately we did not find any announcement about this facts.

    At present, Voice over IP services (VoIP) are blocked in Egypt so I am afraid it will also block the Skype for Business Enterprise Voice components that are located on Front End Servers in Skype for Business Server, including translation service and various routing components.
