rdp connection fails and unable to uninstall RDS

Hello,

I'm working on a domain controller with rds role installed.

Rdp connection fails with error : an internal error occured.

The RemoteDesktopService-RdpCoreTS shows Event 227: Failed to initialiaze the interface with the licence server "in CUMRDPConnection::SendPolicyData at 3598 err=[0x800b0108] "

I tried to uninstall rds role but restarting server show the message: "We couldn't complete the features, undoing changes" and the role still installed on the server.

I added RDS licensing and broker roles, try to uninstall and get the same error.

Also the delete the grace period registry key but problem still exists.

Need your help.
