Windows server 2012 r2 Storage failure

My Server had a disk failure. I replace the disk but my storage was never availabel again. At the moment i can see that the data is ther 3tera, but i can not acess to it because i can not see it. Please someone have any idea what to do?

    Any details as to the storage? Raid? hardware / software?
