WDS 2012R2 wdsutil runnig from php script requires administrative access

Question

Hello,

I created WDS 2012R2 kickstart environment (WDS, AD, IIS) where java spring application register device for windows installation using post request and php script.

The wds-script.php file runs wdsutil command:

WDSUTIL /Add-Device /Device:Installation%s /ID:%s /JoinDomain:No ---------

My spring log shows the following message:

Registering device with url 'http://wds.ip/iis-file-path/wds-script.php?command=add&------------------------------------'

Can somebody help me out?
