Hololens 2 stopped working

While using the hololens 2 the glasses stopped working by themselves, there were no drops or collisions.
The hololens does not emit any signal even when trying to charge, the leds that emit a charge signal do not turn on, we have already tried to perform some tests to see if the glasses emit any signal and we were not successful.
I would like to know if there is any possibility that I can do to recover it.

    Are you using the original charger and original USB cable? If not, make sure your charger and USB cable meet the requirements in HoloLens 2 hardware | Microsoft Learn. And please refer to HoloLens Device Troubleshooting | Microsoft Learn for further troubleshooting.
