The better way to use translator to meet the need of multilingual senarios

Hi,

It’s very glad to reach you. We’re going to use Microsoft cognitive services – translate API to meet the need of multilingual conversation scenarios. I’ve encountered a question about the way we use the translation service.

  1. End to end. Translate source language to target language directly. I.e., Chinese(source) -> Thai(target).
  2. Set a middle language. Translate source language to a middle language and then translate the middle language to target language. I.e., Chinese(source) -> English(middle language) -> Thai(source) ; Chinese(source) -> English(middle) -> French(target).

I wonder in which way we could get more accurate result.

    @Hongzhi Hou Thanks for the question. You can use the Translate source language to target language directly.
    Here is the summary of features that are supported in the V3 translate API.
    Transliterate - A transliterate method has been added to the API. This method will convert words and sentences in one script into another script. For example, Arabic to Latin.
