I'm downloading vs2022 community, it gives an error as below:

Error: Package 'UnrealEngineV1,version=1.3.0.0' failed to download from 'https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2168548'.
WebClient download failed: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send..
Bits download failed: Error context: BG_ERROR_CONTEXT_REMOTE_FILE, Error code: -2147012739.

Besides, if you have any anti-virus software or group policy settings, please temporarily disable them.
Then, check for your Windows Updates and reboot your computer to retry the installation
