Based on your description and my research, According to Troubleshooting sign-in problems with Conditional Access - Azure Active Directory | Microsoft Learn, an admin might have set certain Conditional Access policies.
You may contact the admin in your Microsoft 365 tenant to confirm what criteria you have met and adjust to avoid from being blocked.
